Dear Valued Client:

As the COVID-19/Coronavirus situation evolves, DePrima Law remains committed to serving your legal needs. My office is taking necessary precautions and adhering to recommendations from public health organizations moving forward. As such, I write to note the following:

  1. First and foremost, I value your health and safety. If you are ill, feel ill, or have recently visited specific countries of concern as noted by the Center for Disease Control, and have a scheduled office meeting or court appearance in the next four (4) weeks, please contact my office as soon as possible and I will reschedule as needed.
  2. In an effort to prioritize your health and practice social distancing, I will be changing in-person client meetings to telephone and/or video conferencing calls. If you have an office meeting scheduled Monday, March 16, 2020 through Monday, April 20, 2020, please do not come to the office. Please consider your meeting automatically rescheduled from an office meeting to telephone conference. If you would prefer to meet virtually via Zoom, please contact my office to make arrangements. Additionally, I ask that you refrain from office visits (unless otherwise noted in further correspondence) during the aforementioned dates.
  3. I remain committed to addressing your concerns regarding ongoing legal matters and will continue to be available via telephone (716) 631-1900/ emergency (cell): (716) 388-4085 and e-mail ginamarie@deprimalaw.com.
  4. Given the rapidly evolving situation, my office will update our social media account regarding office hours, court closures, and related information: DePrima Law Facebook - www.facebook.com/deprimalaw

Additionally, considering recent developments, there is a possibility that courts will close and scheduled appearances, conferences and trials/hearings will be rescheduled or shift to teleconferences. In this event, you will most likely not need to appear and a new court date will be provided. At the time of this writing, the courts have advised that you should not come to court. Instead, get in touch with me and I will appear by phone.
Lastly, I ask that you join my office and I in preventative efforts and explore the numerous resources published by the Center for Disease Control and World Health Organization, in order to address potential health risks.
My office remains committed to taking the appropriate measures to navigate this challenging time and will be readily available via telephone and e-mail to address your questions and concerns.

Thank you for your understanding and be safe.

Very truly yours,
